HFC\u2019s Pre-Engineering Program provides the first two years of a student\u2019s engineering education and offers an associate\u2019s degree in Science. In addition, HFC\u2019s articulation agreements guarantee admission to the final two years of engineering school at several universities to students who satisfactorily complete the degree. The courses in the Pre-Engineering program are courses common in the first two years of an ABET-accredited engineering program and provide a solid foundation for students. HFC has worked closely with faculty at local engineering schools to ensure that these courses will transfer.<\/p>\n

Engineering students can specialize in fields such as:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Aerospace,<\/p>\n

\u2022 Biomedical,<\/p>\n

\u2022 Chemical,<\/p>\n

\u2022 Computer and electrical,<\/p>\n

\u2022 Industrial,<\/p>\n

\u2022 Mechanical, and<\/p>\n

\u2022 Civil, including structural, transportation, environmental, geotechnical, urban planning, and water resources.<\/p>\n
