He has an undergraduate degree in Marketing Education from Eastern Michigan University and a graduate degree in Educational Leadership from Wayne State University. Additionally, he is certified by Cisco Systems to teach Cisco classes.<\/p>\n

\u201cCisco is to networking as Microsoft is to computers. In my opinion, it\u2019s the most highly respected networking certification a person can hold.
